We just love seeing our brides on their wedding day!….so fun to see the details we have heard snippets about through the bride all come together!

Shannon was such a sweet bride that was just such a joy to work with. She was absolutely gorgeous and so romantic looking on her wedding day in a custom Augusta Jones Gown which she perfectly styled with a satin band at her waist and a sweet headband. Her look was completed with stunning hair and makeup by Katie Russo. These Cedarwood photos taken by Rachel Moore were too beautiful not to share! check out more adorable shots of this sweet day,  here!

The 2nd Nashville NotWedding!

A few weeks ago, we had the pleasure of working with the wonderful team at The NotWedding to throw Nashville’s second NotWedding event. What a blast it was!!

We were overjoyed to have the chance to be part of this amazing event again, and partner with so many of the amazing wedding professionals. Love how this unique event brings such talent together and showcases their wonderful work in such a realistic and effective way. The  venue was the perfect setting… the florals and various tablescapes were gorgeous… the cake was to die for … the food was delicious…and the day-of coordinating and execution went off without a hitch. See all of the talent who brought their a-game, here. {And then support them however you can. They were all outstanding. :)}

We were honored to dress the NotBride  in Lea-Ann Belter , her attendants in Amsale and Lela Rose respectively, and accessorize all the girls with Paris by Debra Moreland jewelry.

So excited to share some of our favorite images from the event with you! There were so many beautiful images captured by the three different and wonderful photographers….so hard to choose just a few! Hope you enjoy!

The White Dress in Color

We are so excited to share with you today The White Dress in Color – a book recently published, and authored by our sweet friend and fellow fashion enthusiast + shop owner Beth Chapman!  The book is loaded with gorgeous inspiration shoots and  ideas for curating your personal style as you plan your big day!

 The White Dress in color was born out of collaborations between Beth Lindsay Chapman, a stylist and bridal boutique owner, Candice Coppola an event designer and Carla Ten Eyck, a wedding photographer. Chapman and Coppola were invited by Ten Eyck to style one of Ten Eyck’s wedding photography workshops.

“Carla uses these workshops to teach other photographers the art of shooting weddings and bridal details,” Chapman said. “In putting together the workshop photo shoots, the end results were really beautiful and we started to submit them for editorial.” Eventually the trio were hired by various bridal publications to shoot their cover images and editorial spreads.
Inspired by the Pinterest phenomenon and how brides enjoy “pinning” images on a webpage to create a unique wedding theme, Chapman, Coppola and Ten Eyck soon realized how fleeting some mediums were and the book was born. “The images and the content were so beautiful, but they were only seen for one issue of a magazine or fleetingly on a blog,” said Coppola, who heads Jubilee Events. “By publishing a book, we felt that the work could be preserved by having a long shelf life and become more of a keepsake for couples and industry professionals.”

We think they did an amazing job and we’re thrilled to have our very own copy!  For yours, or to grab one for your recently engaged girlfriends- or a mother of the bride who is so sad the planning is over! – check it out here. Cheers to timeless inspiration!
